Nathalie Emmanuel
Nathalie Emmanuel is a British actress, best known for Missandei in HBO's massive fantasies "Game of Thrones". (HBO 2011-19). Emmanuel lived in Southend-on-the-Sea a resort in Essex and became interested in performing arts since an early age. Nathalie's mother took note and began enrolling her in singing, dancing and acting classes at the age of was only three years old. Emmanuel was a highly skilled actor and singer. She was cast as the young Nala by"The Lion King" in West End in the film "The The Lion King" at the end of the 1990s. Emmanuel auditioned for roles in film and television when she was a teenager. Her first breakthrough came in 2007, when she got cast as Sasha Valentine, a British soap-opera "Hollyoaks", (Channel 4 95between 2007 and 2010). Emmanuel played Sasha Valentine for four years until she left Hollyoaks in the year 2010. Emmanuel received her biggest break on HBO "Game of Thrones" three years later, playing the character of Missandei. This role serves as the character's interpreter, akin to Daenerys the Targaryen character (portrayed by Emilia Clarke). Emmanuel played in all seasons of "Game of Thrones", all the way to the series' final episode.
